Shipping was crazy-fast. Received in two-days; took a while for us to assemble (we aren't handy like that). However, it was not difficult at all. I'm typing on this as I'm doing the recumbent exercise. I've been reading a book and watching t.v. for over an hour while using the bike. I'm just over 50 - the only exercises my body is used to - is low intensity walking.
I'm glad to have taken the plunge.

I like the machine overall. It was slightly harder to put together than expected, but the directions are very well-written. Once it was together, there is a squeak I can't seem to get rid of. While it doesn't impact the performance, it it slightly irritating.
The equipment works smooth and is a very nice home workout piece. The display is hard to see when cloudy and you cannot see at night at all. A backlight would be great as not being able to see makes using the programs impossible.
I have used either the bike or elliptical for 20 minutes each day since I have purchased so its clear I will use alot which is half the battle. Is easy to jump on while watching TV and the time goes by quickly.

My wife and I have used it for almost a week now since getting it and we can feel the burn. It took about five hours to put together, it wasn't hard, there were just a lot of pieces to it and one person putting it together. We will recommend this to anyone looking for a new piece of equipment.
