We ordered in December and were very excited about this purchase! We have a small place so we needed something that was a space saver and did more than one thing. This was it! It arrived and it was broken! The box was pretty damaged too! So we sent it back and then we received a new one! We opened it up and it was damaged again in the same spot! The box of course was pretty beaten up again! So it's going back and we are NOT getting another one! We decided to go to a sporting good store near by and spend a little more money for something that is not broken! Make sure the next time someone orders this that you put on the box FRAGILE HANDLE WITH CARE! I can't believe that it's broken again! Never will I order from this company!!! Don't buy, you will probably get a broken machine like we did!

This product is well built, and worth the money. The onboard computer does a real good job at keeping track of your excercising. THis is worth the money..

The machine came broken...It rocks side to side, the pedals do not work well and the electronic reader doesnt work. SAVE YOURSELF from this one...I'm very disappointed and sorry I bought it!
